My sister who traveled with me slipped in the shower, hit her head and sliced her ear open. I had to sleep on the floor on my first day stay because everyone had to sleep in the same room. He told me that he would be there early the next morning to speak to me. If he couldnt that he would give me a discount. He told me that he had access to the call log and that he would show me the outgoing call to my number. He assured me that the clerk on duty in the morning had called me to tell me that my card had been declined and that I did not answer. His attitude was condecending and rude when he called the hotel and we spoke. The front desk clerk was messaging with the manager who refused to be of any help until I DEMANDED to speak to him. When I arrived I find out that the one of the rooms that I reserved had been canceled and they told me it was because my card was declined even though I had 2 pre-authorizations on my card for the hotel. I called the hotel twice on Saturday and had no answer. I am very upset with the type of manager that you have. When I went to go talk to the manager the next morning I was informed that he would not be in until 10:30 am!!!! He didn't see me until after 11:30 am and he didn't have the call log available! He finally sent me a text message letting me know that I WAS CORRECT and that the clerk had not called me to let me know that they would be canceling the room!!!! And he only discounted $20 from my stay! I believe I should get at least a night discounted seeing that all the errors were on the hotels end! HORRIBLE!! I had to take her to get seen by an urgent care doctor.
